From July to September, a series of open-air concerts and sound performances will take place once a month at Portikus. As an art institution dedicated to exhibiting, publishing, and discussing the work of emerging and established artists, Portikus highlights intersections of art and music through numerous projects. In line with this context and the unique location on the Maininsel surrounded by water, the program of EOS AIR focuses on experimental and electroacoustic positions within the atmospheric spectrum of ambient, downtempo, and club-influenced glitch, with occasional explorations into DIY or noise pop.

The Portikus series builds upon EOS' initiated events over the past two years with site-specific programming at a hosting institution. This year, EOS continues with this approach, bringing together genre-crossing and experimental sound practices rooted in both music and art.

Performances will start on the hour, from 5 PM onwards. Admission is free. All events will be streamed online via eosradio.de.
